Week of October 2-6

It is hard to believe that October is here already.  Holiday season will be here before we know it.

I will be absent on Monday.  We are trying to deal with some "nutritional" issues with our 15-year old.  While mostly and probably typical teen eating habits, we are trying to get him to make healthier choices.  Telling him that from a parental perspective falls on mute ears however!

This past week my Honors 7 class investigated/researched children's books. It was SO fun, so I wanted to share a little of the happiness.

• Begin working on comma study-weakness found in writing
• New Vocabulary - Unit 3
